Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 business hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate patients on our waitlist.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 business hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of any deposit on file. A new deposit will be required to reserve a future appointment.
We understand that unexpected illnesses and emergencies can happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Patients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to place a $150 deposit when scheduling future appointments.
Deposits
To reserve certain appointment times, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits apply toward your treatment total at checkout.
Deposits are required for:
- New patient appointments booked online, by phone, or by text
- All Saturday appointments
- Appointments scheduled for 60 minutes or longer
- Consultations that are not paired with same-day treatment
Need to reschedule? No problem. Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if we receive at least 24 business hours' notice and your new appointment is scheduled within one week of your original appointment date. Your rescheduled appointment may occur at a later date based on availability.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments not rescheduled within the one-week timeframe.
Neurotoxin Touch-Up Policy
We want you to love your results. Touch-up appointments should be scheduled within 2 to 3 weeks of your original Botox treatment.
Touch-ups are considered adjustments requiring 5 units or fewer. Additional dosing beyond 5 units may be subject to standard treatment pricing.
Reduced touch-up pricing is reserved for clients who received the provider's recommended dosing during their original appointment. Clients who choose fewer units than recommended may not qualify for reduced touch-up pricing.
